Here's the Scoop on the Avocado Scoop

Remember my Guacamole Recipe post?  Here is more detail on the Avocado scoop.

1. Start with a whole avocado and cut in half lengthwise. 
2. Cut around the pit and pull two halves apart.
3. Hold half in your palm (any palm readers out there?) and scoop out the goods.
4. Be amazed at how great that worked!
