One of the funnier blogs I've read is Bake and Shake thanks to Megan at Not Martha. The instructions for the No Knead Bread tickled me plus they are easy to follow. Bake and Shaker uses more yeast than I did so now I'm worried how my second loaf, which I started last night, will turn out. Plus, I just realized I won't be home in time (after the 18 million hours you must wait) to start baking it up. Anyone know if that is a problem?
