I made another stab at the No Knead Bread. I followed the adapted recipe posted by Megan at Not Martha. I was a little loose with my time line and the flour but it still turned out great! You should click on the first picture here to get an idea of how it turned out - nice and crusty on the outside and moist on the inside.
I left it in its wet state (barm?) for over 18 hours as I was busy shopping today.
I put too much flour on the dough but I still think it turned out great. I haven't tried it the second day so I look forward to seeing how it is toasted tomorrow.
